What are the Delivery Charges?

The prices listed on our site include the normal delivery charges to locations within Singapore. We deliver using Singpost Standard Local Mail Service.

For locations outside Singapore, an additional charge of SGD 3.00 per item will be incurred and we will deliver using Singpost via Speedpost Worldwide Air Parcel Service.


What happens to lost of mail for normal postage?

We will not be responsible for any lost of mail using normal postage. As such, we strongly encourage Registered Mail, with an additional charge of SGD 2.40.


How long does it take to Deliver?

We will arrange for delivery once payment is verified and received.
3 working days for delivery in Singapore.
7 to 14 working days for delivery to all other countries.
If urgent delivery is required, additional charges apply.


How are the items packaged?

We package our items either in a bag or a box, depending on the item design.


What are the Payment Modes?

We gladly accept Interbank Transfers for POSB/DBS/UOB/OCBC.
We gladly accept VISA or MASTERCARD, all through Paypal.
You do not need to have a Paypal account to complete this payment method.
Your privacy and security is assured through Paypal.


Any Refund & Return Policy?

Our earrings are non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. We offer a 30-day guarantee to our products from the date of receipt, which covers handwork defects. Please note that postage charges for the return and re-delivery will be borne by customers.


Are there other colours or designs other than those listed on the website?

We are always striving to create better products. If you have a particular colour or design on your mind, feel free to email us at sistarscloset@gmail.com and we can work out the pricing for you. Any sketches of the desired colour/design will also be helpful in our crafting.
We may even offer your designs to other customers upon your approval and rebate your original costs in return.
